At Ä¢¹½´«Ã½, we hope your experience here adds value to your future endeavors. We recognize that transitioning out of theÌýUniversity is an important moment, and we want to provide guidance and resources to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

Offboarding describes the separation process when an employee leaves theÌýUniversity, whether through resignation, retirement, or termination. The employee, supervisor, and departmentÌýOHR representative all play key roles in the process. Guides are provided that include action items to be completed prior to the employee’s last day of work. Utilizing these toolsÌýas soon as notice is givenÌýwill ease the transition for both the employee and the department.
